We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Perfectly Flawed: Poetry for Change. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your book, we're here to help.

1. Returns:

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return Perfectly Flawed: Poetry for Change for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us at orderofthepenootp@gmail.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions for returning the book.

       2. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

          3. Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges for Perfectly Flawed: Poetry for Change. If you would like to exchange your book for another item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

        4. Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
